Day 2Full-Day Safari Exploration

After an early breakfast, depart for a full-day safari adventure in Mikumi National Park. The park’s diverse ecosystems—ranging from open grasslands and acacia woodlands to seasonal wetlands—support a wide variety of wildlife species.

During the game drive, you may encounter elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and large antelope such as eland and waterbuck. The Park is also home to predators including lions and occasionally elusive leopards. Keep your binoculars ready for sightings of hippos in the pools and baboons along the roadsides.

Mikumi is also a fantastic destination for bird lovers, with hundreds of bird species inhabiting the area.
